Conflict Form Spring 2026

    Requested division not guaranteed, WRSA will assign division based on previous season's standings to achieve the best possible parity.
  • WRSA WILL HONOR UP TO FOUR (4) CONFLICT DATES. Teams are required to work together to reschedule their own games and field location based on the WRSA reschedule policy. The fee to reschedule a game through the league is $50. Teams also have the option to play a Friendly game and report the score to the league office. THERE IS A $50 PENALTY FOR FORFEITED GAMES.

    • Multiple rostered players are not a valid conflict.
    • Teams are to have 2 or more coaches to minimize conflicts.

    Conflict deadlines:
    U11 - HS - January 1st @ 11:59pm
    U5 - U10 - January 15th @ 11:59pm
    Teams failing to submit a conflict by the deadline will be scheduled using a blank conflict. meaning they are available to play on all league dates.

    Tournament held at Stryker - NO LEAGUE GAMES.

  • Wichita Spring Invitational - May 1-2-3

    Tournament held at Stryker - NO LEAGUE GAMES.

  • Memorial Day Weekend - NO LEAGUE GAMES

    The league will use this weekend to reschedule any games cancelled due to weather.
