2026-2027 SEASON TRYOUTS

When are tryouts for 2026-2027 held?

• Physical tryouts for ALL age groups may begin on Friday, June 5th, 2026

Tryout listings will be posted free of charge by WRSA.  Each team must submit a tryout individually on the WRSA online tryout form.  All changes to entries must be submitted with a new tryout form.  The original tryout form will be deleted.  WRSA office is not responsible for changes to tryouts sent via email or by phone.

Teams/Clubs may hold player ID events for age groups playing U8 or above. Please refer to KSYSA Tryout Info for more information.

SIGNING DAY – SIGNING PLAYERS WITH OR WITHOUT TRYOUT

• Players can re-sign with their current club team from the 2025-26 seasonal year beginning April 1, 2026, and may place a deposit securing their spot with their current club team without going through the tryout process.
• Players may sign with a NEW club starting at 12:01am on Friday, June 5th, 2026, the first official day of tryouts.

Players who accept offers through the tryout process, including re-signing with their current club team, have 72 Hours from the date of their acceptance to rescind their commitment without penalty, financial or otherwise. If they do so within this period, they shall receive a full deposit refund.

After the 72-hour rescission period, players are bound by any signed financial or contractual obligations with their current club/team. Any player requesting a release after this period must submit a KSYSA Drop/Transfer form or the WRSA Player Release form online. Clubs/teams may charge a drop/transfer fee not to exceed the total seasonal fees committed to for the current seasonal year.
